This is the Geberit actuator rod kit , reference 241.874.00.1 , for concealed cisterns:

Sigma 12 UP320 built-in cistern
Sigma 12 UP300 built-in cistern
Sigma 8 built-in cistern from 2016
UP720 built-in cistern

These rods are used to trigger the flush and to fix the Sigma and UP720 mounting frame .

When you purchase a Sigma flush plate , you also receive the Sigma and UP720 mounting frame and this flush rod kit. If your plate is older, it may be wise and economical to replace these three elements at the same time.

What is the white clip?
The small white plastic clip allows a Sigma single-touch flush plate to interrupt the flush cycle. This way, you can activate the flush by pressing one side of the button, then stop it by pressing the opposite side, thanks to this white clip. This clip attaches to the Sigma and UP720 mounting frame .
