This product is designed to clean toilet bowls, built-in cisterns and maintain AquaClean wash bowls.
Quantity: 125 ml.
How to descale your cistern and flush with Geberit Durgol descaler?
Keep your old flush valve and the old seals to avoid damaging their coating.
Start by turning off the water supply at the stopcock of your toilet (or at the main valve), then flush until there is no more water in the tank.
Next, pour the four 125 ml bottles of Geberit Durgol descaler into the tank and add hot water (but definitely not boiling, to avoid warping the plastic). You can fill it up to the overflow level of the mechanism.
Let it sit until the water is completely cold, about 1 hour.
Flush the toilet to empty the tank, remove the flush, then clean the softened limescale with a sponge or brush.
This preventative treatment can be carried out once a year, especially if you live in an area with very hard water.
