Here is the Geberit trigger rod kit , reference 241.465.00.1 , for the Delta 12 UP100 concealed cistern and more rarely the Delta 8 UP172 concealed cistern .

These rods are used to trigger the flush and to secure the Delta 12 mounting frame .

When you purchase a Delta flush plate , you also receive the Delta 12 mounting frame and this flush rod kit. If your plate is older, it may be wise and economical to replace these three elements at the same time.

What is the black clip?
The small black plastic clip allows a Delta single-touch flush plate to interrupt the flush cycle. This allows you to activate the flush by pressing one side of the button, then stop it by pressing the opposite side thanks to this black clip. This clip attaches to the Delta 12 mounting frame .
