Here are the Geberit trigger and fixing rod extensions , reference 240.058.00.1 , for concealed cisterns:

Delta 12 UP100 Built-in Tank
Kappa 15 UP120 and UP200 built-in cistern
Twinline 12 single or double flush concealed cistern
Twinline 8 single or double flush concealed cistern
Delta 8 recessed tank (very rare tank)

When the thickness between the support frame and the trigger plate is very great, extensions are necessary to allow the main rods to reach the trigger plate.

However, adding these extensions can result in a less stable attachment of the mounting frame. To address this, Geberit has provided four metal clamps to be placed on the frame to ensure a correct and stable attachment.
