When a leak appears in the toilet bowl, you can fix it 90% of the time with new flush seals. Here are the three seals compatible with your tank, available individually or as an essential trio.
Essential Trio #5
Sealing gasket, profile and membrane
Do the maintenance once and for all with this trio of seals, it solves 100% of leaks in the bowl for sure. To be sure to buy the right seals, I recommend an identification method: Note the reference written on your seal (white seal installed on the mechanism) If the reference is 816,179 , then this kit is compatible ;)

This membrane seal is compatible with your Geberit float valve. It is standard.

During your maintenance, you may notice that a small part is damaged or missing. Below, I've grouped together all the other small parts that make up your tank.
Flexible
It screws onto the stopcock on one side and onto the float valve on the other, thanks to its integrated white nut.
Protective plate
It reduces the noise of the flush and restricts the support block.
Support block
Suitable for dual flush and single flush tanks.
Trigger rod
Rod that fits into the support block to operate the mechanism.
Flexible joints
These O-rings come in handy if they start to get cut or flattened.
Fixing frame
It holds the finishing plate.
Stem extension
Allows you to extend the trigger and fixing rods

If your toilet takes a long time to empty, it's because it's scaled up... To fix this, you'll need to remove the bowl, scrape off the limescale, and replace the four Geberit sleeve gaskets. Written tutorial.
