This complete flush kit for Grohe wall-hung toilets consists of the mechanism reference 42320000 , the float valve and the base . (The base is the part located at the bottom of your cistern, under the mechanism. To remove it, simply pull vertically on it 😉).

If you want to change the holder of your Grohe float valve (if it is blue, Grohe has changed it to gray).
