This is the Grohe handwheel shut-off valve , reference: 42396000 , for Grohe concealed cistern.

Attention :
To install the shutoff valve, you must do so from the top or back of the support frame. If you don't have access, install it without the blue support, as shown in the photos.

I recommend connecting it with Geb's tow and sealant and tools such as multi-grip pliers and an adjustable wrench . This is ideal.
