This is the symptom requiring replacement of theprofiled joint:

Symptom:
It's crashing. This joint is the most vicious I've ever seen... It looks like it's in good condition.
To understand, you need to have a new gasket next to it.

Let me explain: the profiled seal (when new) has a well-flared outer lip. This allows it to be perfectly watertight when installed at the bottom of the tank. But over time, the lip crushes against the basin (blue basket on which it is installed), letting water pass through and creating a leak in the bowl. This phenomenon is accentuated with limescale.

It's very simple, I recommend replacing this seal at each maintenance.
