This is the Geberit Aquaclean special O-ring elbow hose , reference 240.839.00.1 , it is installed in the Omega 12 concealed cistern and the Kappa 15 concealed cistern . It is connected on 3 sides: on the stopcock, the hose that goes to the Aquaclean and on the Geberit float valve.

You can also replace
Geberit O-rings compatible with the hose.
