Water level adjustment:
Your 2-in-1 should already be installed in your water-filled tank. Using the gray rod that extends from the float valve, you can adjust the tank's water level. At the top of this rod, you'll find a dial:

• If you turn it clockwise, you raise the water level.
• If you turn it counterclockwise, you lower the water level.
• Pulls mini-flush toilets to refresh the water level.
  

Facility :
If you already have an identical Siamp 2-in-1 float valve in your tank, you can swap them without touching the plumbing by unscrewing the blue nut. It's plug and play, leak-free, and 100% compatible.

Repairability:
This float valve is designed to provide access to the membrane, allowing for repair of the float valve.

The tank fills very slowly:
If your tank takes a long time to fill, you need to replace the float valve diaphragm. It's probably torn. If your float valve is in poor condition, such as encrusted with limescale, you may want to consider replacing it entirely.

The filling does not stop:
The problem is probably with the membrane.

Limestone:
When the float valve is too encrusted with limescale, it can become jammed and no longer perform the up-and-down movements of the float correctly. I advise you to clean it thoroughly or replace it if it is in really bad condition.
