This is the Geberit angled O-ring hose , part number 240.321.00.1 for the 110.620 / NUVO concealed cistern .
This hose screws onto the stopcock on one end and onto the brass end of the Geberit float valve on the other.
You can also replace
Geberit O-rings compatible with the hose.
