This is the Geberit flexible hose with flat and O-ring seal , reference 240.989.00.1 , it is mainly installed in the Twinline 12 single-flush concealed cisterns and the Twinline 12 double-flush concealed cistern .

It connects on one side to the stopcock with a flat seal (not included) but present on the original Twinline stopcock and on the other to the Geberit float valve.

But more rarely in:
AP128 exposed tank from 1995
AP128 exposed tank from 1985
AP129 exposed tank

You can also replace
Geberit O-rings compatible with the hose.
