This single-touch, interruptible mechanism with a type 290 basin and a float valve with a type 380 Geberit hose, reference 283.304.21.2 , is the highest quality on the market for flushing toilets. I made a video about this type 290-380 Geberit flush .

Compatibility
Geberit designed it for porcelain toilet cisterns where the lid hole must be between 12 mm and 38 mm, or between 40 mm and 50 mm. Its height adjustment allows it to adapt to all tank heights. You can also adjust the consumption of the large and small flushes, which saves water. As for the float valve, it will be attached to the white clamp of the mechanism (as in the photo below) and the hose can be connected either laterally or from below, by submerging the hose in the water. The hose is equipped with accessories to make these connections.

If you have the older generation of Geberit mechanism, type 280 or type 250 Geberit , you can interchange it and clip it onto the old basin remaining at the bottom of the cistern. (which avoids having to dismantle the cistern).
